At IES Infra, our leadership team led a significant project at M/s. Tagros Chemical, Dahej, involving structure, equipment, and piping erection. This contract, valued at over 12 Cr, demonstrated our senior management's comprehensive expertise.

One of our senior management personnel played a crucial role as a project manager in the expansion project of M/s. GFL Ltd, a leading chemical giant known for its stringent quality and safety norms. The project, located in Dahej, was completed in record time, demonstrating our ability to meet tight deadlines.
The scope included erecting structures at a rate of 300 MT per month, along with fabrication and corrosion protection coatings. This achievement highlights our senior management's capability to work under pressure while strictly adhering to safety and quality standards.

(1) GASCO Project with Technimont/JGC JV as the client and Karafi National as the contractor.
(2) Shah Gas Development U&O Project with FLUOR as the client and Samsung Engineering as the contractor.
In these roles, he coordinated with various departments, including contractors, planning, quality control, projects, material, and FDC, to ensure the smooth completion of the projects within the scheduled time. He worked with the Safe Work Permit System in operational areas of running plants, ensuring strict adherence to safety standards.
His responsibilities included fabricating and erecting pipe spools and structures, preparing loop files, and obtaining mechanical and ISO clearance of loops. Completion of all pre-commissioning activities. This comprehensive experience underscores his ability to manage complex international projects while maintaining high safety and quality standards.
