Hardik Barot, Founder and Partner at IES Infra, brings over 13 years of extensive experience in business development, project management, and operational excellence. He is dedicated to leading our company toward strategic growth and sustained profitability.
His career has equipped him with a deep understanding of various business areas, ensuring that we deliver projects that meet and exceed client expectations. In his previous roles, he has successfully managed large-scale projects from inception to completion, ensuring they were executed within budget and on schedule. He has gained comprehensive experience in all aspects of our services, from design and manufacturing to the erection of structures, piping, equipment, and PEB sheds.
Mr. Barot's expertise in costing and tendering, project planning and execution, resource allocation, and contract management has been instrumental in achieving project profitability and client satisfaction. Throughout his career, he has built businesses from the ground up, established a strong market presence, and fostered key industry partnerships. His hands-on approach ensures meticulous project execution, prioritizing safety and efficiency.

Mr. Jvalant Patel, our esteemed Co-founder and Partner at IES Infra, brings over 15 years of unparalleled experience in the waste management industry. He has a strong background in engineering and an MBA.
Mr. Patel has built a tremendous reputation for delivering quality services and innovative solutions in waste management and waste management infrastructure. He has extensive experience and has worked on numerous projects involving ETP, STP, MEE, and Industrial RO plants, covering the complete scope of structures, equipment, and piping up to commissioning on a turnkey basis.
Mr. Patel's extensive experience in the infrastructure sector, combined with his unwavering commitment and long-term vision to expand into other mechanical and engineering infrastructure areas, serves as a great motivation and guiding force for IES Infra.

Mr. Hitesh Patel

Mr. Hitesh Patel, our esteemed Associate Partner at IES Infra, brings an impressive 28 years of experience in the mechanical contract works within chemical plants, refineries, and other major industries. As a mechanical engineer with a strong technical background, Mr. Patel possesses a wealth of expertise in the fabrication and erection of structures, piping, and equipment for green field and brown field projects , as well as in maintenance work for plants.
He has worked successfully on projects in India with leading companies like Reliance Industries Limited, Indian Oil Corporation, and Tata Chemicals and many more. His extensive work with these esteemed organizations highlights his capability to manage and execute high-pressure project schedules while maintaining rigorous safety and quality standards..
Mr. Patel's career is further distinguished by his extensive work on international projects, including significant roles in the Middle East and Southeast Asia. His tenure as Construction Manager for PETRONAS LNG Train-9 Project in Malaysia and with Penta Global Engineering for IGD Project, Abu Dhabi underscores his ability to manage large-scale, complex projects with precision and efficiency.
